Bulb pot of semi-circular form, with flaring top and standing on a flared and moulded plinth with C-scroll feet; a shaped cover fitting into the pot with three raised necks for bulbs; decorated with a rectangular reserve painted with a landscape, Chepstow Castle and the Wye, in enamels, within a gilt border and flanked by ornate gilt scroll-work set between an elaborate gilt border on the shoulders and plinth; a chain leaf band and a gilt line to rim.
