Upright cylindrical form, silver-plated and oxidised gilding metal, oval in plan and slightly off vertical, open at the bottom, a hemispherical bowl inset off centre into the flat top, a hole in its bottom extending into an angled silver tube, the outer surface silver-plated, textured all over with scratch marks and oxidised to a dark grey, the bowl covered with palladium leaf and with a mottled surface, the inside surface matt and blackened with Zebrite.
