Framed certificate presented to Mr. J. Arthur Jones along with the Daily Herald Order of Industrial Heroism bronze medal on the 24th May 1958. In black wooded frame, and glazed.
Issued to Mr J. Arthur Jones who, with Mr William J. Read (who was also awarded a medal), attempted to rescue John Cureton from a roof fall at Tirpentwys Colliery on 13th February 1958.
