Electric hand lamp
Oldham combined electric inspection lamp and gas testing flame lamp, gas caps can be seen through glass viewing panel at rear of lamp. Basically an orthodox inspection lamp with a miniature flame safety lamp attached, the latter appears to have electronic ignition worked from the main battery. Ignition for gas testing done from the lamp battery.
