Tea bowl and saucer
Tea bowl, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and rounded sides; finely painted in puce with to the exterior of the bowk a landscape with classical masonry and two figures in Eighteenth century costume, around the rest of the exterior sides and the interior of the bowl scattered floral sprigs, the decoration badly worn. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; finely painted in puce but the decoration has almost entirely worn off, to the centre of the well a landscape can just be made out with two figures in Eighteenth century costume, around the rest of the well scattered floral sprigs, traces of a gilt edge to the rim.
