Cup and saucer, bone china, Quail shape, the cup standing on a shallow foot ring, with curved sides, slightly everted rim and loop handle, the saucer with shallow tapering foot ring and inset ring inside this, curved sides, slightly everted rim, a well in the centre; transfer-printed in black on the side of the cup and the rim of the saucer with 'Grape' from the 'Black Fruit' range of patterns (C893-898), the inside of the cup with a green aerographed ground.
