Growing up with Jamaican parents in a Pentecostal church in Cardiff during the late 70s and early 80s. Early Hip hop scene in Cardiff and mixing reggae with Hip hop. Signing to Jive Records with DJ Jaffa as Just The Duce. Living in New York and Jamaica. Becoming part of Technotronic and being a global pioneer of House music. Becoming Me One and signing with Island Records.
