Roman copper alloy figurine of a genius togatus
The figurine is clad in a toga and stands with his left foot forward, his right foot back with the leg bent at the knee. The head is veiled and is turned somewhat to the right with a corresponding turn of the body. The facial features are crude. The right arm emerges from the toga at the elbow, the hand merging into the dish which the figure is holding. The left hand holds a rolled scroll.
