Uncertain issuer dupondius
A heavily worn dupondius/as copper alloy coin of the 2nd century AD, 117AD-190AD. Both faces are eroded leaving the issuer and reverse inscriptions uncertain. The date of SMR15 coins are within the range of other coins found previously in the Whitton Villa site where three CLaudius II coins were recovered (Jarrett & Wrathmell).
