Prehistoric red deer antler
The brow tine from a red deer antler. The end is very worn and polished, there are also horizontal scratch marks along the tine. It could have been used as a tool, deer do naturally rub their tines along the ground during their lives which could cause some of the wear, but in this instance the wear is particularly significant on the tip.
