Coffee pot and cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a foot rim, pear-shaped body, folded spout, scroll handle, domed cover with spherical finial; decorated in polychrome enamels, on one side with a harbour scenes, six figures on land to right, two sails and packages to left, otherside with a harbour scene, six figures, barrels in foreground, ship to left, both within gilt and purple cartouches with purple and iron-red scrolling, sprays of polychrome flowers in between cartouches, on spout and beneath and between handle, gilt band to foot rim, ornamental gilding to handle, neck and spout, cover decorated with a panoramic scene with many ships, two barrels in foreground, one upright, the other sideways, standing on two iron-red concentric cirles, gilt band to rim and on finial.
