Punch-bowl
Basin, slightly translucent white glass, standing on a rounded spreading waisted foot, wide bowl with rounded curving sides; decorated in enamel colours and oil-gilding with around the exterior sides of the bowl an inscription in oil-gilt wich has mostly worn off so that only the date '1849' can be made out with any certainty, above this inscription is a continous border of flowers and foliage in enamels and gilt, around the interior sides of the bowl are four floral sprigs in enamels, narrow gilt lines around the foot-rim, lower body and interior lip-rim, a wider gilt line around the exterior lip-rim.
