Wheel thrown bowl, trumpet shaped form. Four rings incised inside rim, exterior of bowl decorated with stylised continuous carved frieze inspired by Oriental decoration, of three squirrels amongst curving branches and foliage. Pink glaze, pooled in incisions, white body showing at rim and around inscised areas. Three stilt marks on base.
