Agreement between Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. and the Great Western Railway for the electrification of an overhead telephone circuit at Cwmbran. Dated August 14th 1920. Also includes a letter re. the agreement typed in black ink on Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd (Cwmbran Works) headed paper.
