Oral history interview conducted as part of a project exploring the legacy of pioneering tattoo artist Jessie Knight and her influence on the tattoo community in Wales today.This interview explores Sadie's experience as a relatively new artist in the industry, tattooing from and for the female gaze and her love for representing Wales in her work. We also discuss the painful side of getting a tattoo, and how communication is key to a comfortable and inclusive studio environment.
