Women's Land Army armband, 1942-3. Green felt with two button fastening. Red crown and letters WLA embroidered in red, flanked by two embroidered diamonds signifying two years service in the Women's Land Army. Red border stitched on either side to signify rank as a forewoman. Worn by Ann Davies who worked on a farm in Vale of Glamorgan.
