Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Cast iron bow buffer from front of a Swansea Canal barge. Three bolts attached, remnants of wood also attached. Recovered in 1983 from a barge at Cilmaengwyn (O/S 742059 - the barge was buried in the off-bank at the bottom of gardens of 20 and 22 Cilmaengwyn Road, Cilmaengwyn).
