SOLDIER'S DEMOBILIZATION ACCOUNT form issued to Driver Henry Norman of the Royal Field Artillery upon leaving the Army in 1919.
Driver Henry Norman (1897-1967) joined the Army on 18 March 1914. He was demobilized on 3 March 1919. On applying for a Disablement Pension in 1920, he stated that he was 'suffering from attacks & pains in the stomach. The effects of gas.'
