Portion of wide flanged rim of strainer. On its under surface the lip of the flange is emphasised by a double row of lightly-applied chisel or punch marks arranged in herringbone design. A similar feature occurs at the junction of the flange with the body of the strainer. Originally part of strainer 06.20/1, but became detached through corrosion.
