Vase
Vase, stoneware, standing on a narrow foot rim that widens into a round bulbous body, and with a tapering neck that ends in a wide mouth with everted lip; the body is moulded with three circular protrusions surrounded by two incised concentric rings from the top of which are three groups of incised and stained vertical lines travelling up the length of the neck, the vase is stained with metal oxides giving the bottom of the vase and the rim a brown wash of colour.
