Two sided banner of green ribbed silk with yellow fringe. On one side cotton appliqued motifs of red dragons and Boy Scout trefoil, with motto BE PREPARED and EAST GLAMORGAN COUNTY. On other side identical motifs and inscriptions. Attached to 2 piece carrying pole surmounted by Scout trefoil in chromed metal and with yellow silk rope and tassels. Lower part of pole has inscribed silver band. Contained in linen storage bag.
