Cream jug, mixed or duck egg paste, with a faint green translucency; London shape with rectangular body swelling to the shoulders, rounded corners, wide elongated spout, high loop handle with a top thumb spur and a double ridge collar moulding, characteristic pronounced mould line; decorated at foot with a band of salmon pink painted with leaves, sides with underglaze blue ground painted at the ends with red and white chrysanthemum heads and gilt foliage, reserved with two ovals of flowers on a white ground, handle and lip gilded, and a band of gilt foliage at shoulders;
