Circular medal with suspension in the form of a miniature Caucasus Service cross 1864. Obverse shows the arms of Rostov and Vladikavkaski with Russian inscription around. Reverse has dates '1872' and '1875' on white enamel scroll with Russian inscription around Ivor Ivanovich Hughes.
