M.V. JESSMORE (7061gt). Catapult-armed merchant ship built 1941 as EMPIRE FAITH by Barclay, Curle & Co Ltd., Glasgow, for MoWT, managed by Johnson Warren Lines Ltd. 1946 – Sold to Johnson Warren Lines Ltd., and renamed JESSMORE. 1958 – Sold to Maritime & Commercial Corporation Ltd., Panama, and renamed ANTIOPE. 1964 – Sold to Global Navigation Co Inc., Panama, and renamed GLOBAL VENTURE, managed by Wah Kwong & Co, Hong Kong. She was broken up at Kaohsiung , Japan in 1971.
