The bow tapers markedly towards the foot which ends in a slight terminal knob which may originally have been grooved. There is a plain button, between faint ribs and chevron leaves above and below, on the front of the bow. Possibly evidence of 'tinning' around this area and on the catch plate. Head and pin missing, surface pretty poor.
