Cup and saucer, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain; cup standing on a rounded foot rim, London shape, with an ogee handle; saucer, standing on a rounded foot rim, with slightly curved spreading sides; both painted with set pattern 197, in black and red enamels on an olive green ground, with gilding; plain gilt bands bordering the set pattern, to foot rim and lip; gilt foliate detail to handle.
