Pair of minature nailed boots. Made in about 1870 by Ann Harris at Melincaiach factory, near Treharris. Possibly made as an apprentice test piece, or for a travelling salesperson. Uppers curved to raised front above ankle, reinforced vamp. Seven pairs of reinforced lace holes. Low heel, with iron reinforcement. Leather sole with hobnails.
