Typed letter, on headed paper, to Wing Commander D.H. Hughes from the Public Relations Officer, Hawker Siddeley Aviation Limited, Manchester in reply to letter 2002.203/9. Dated 16 May 1977. Hughes has written in ink on the letter "Note. Watkins personal diary for 1915 showed he did work there and twice asked to be released. I know A V Roes lost a lot of their documents in a fire".
