Plate, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a greenish translucency; standing on a foot rim curving into straight spreading sides; transfer printed in black enamel with a genre scene of a man leading a woman on a donkey, - the design a simplified version of Morland's 'Pedlars', and with a signpost to the right which reads 'To Neath'; black enamel band to the lip and an inner grey line.
