Cup, soft-paste porcelain, stands on a short foot rim with acute concave curving sides straightening towards the centre and then leading into a gentle convex curve at rim, a simple ear shaped moulded handle; painted in polychrome enamels with naturalistic game bird on tree branch and pansy painted in puce, yellow and green enamel in well centre, a gild band to foot rim and a gilt dentil edge on inside of rim, the handle is lined in gilt with arrow design on upper; distinctive glaze
