MP. for Pembroke'; crude silver lustre collar pattern of acanthus leaves, silver lustre lip, rim and line to handle back.
Printed with the arms of Sir John Owen (1776-1861) of Orielton, Pembrokeshire. He inherited the estates of Sir Hugh Owen in 1809 and in 1812 was elected MP for Pembrokeshire.
