Plate, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into rounded spreading sides with a slightly curved wide everted rim; lobed lip with five large and five small lobes, moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage; groove moulded cavetto; painted in the centre with a red poppy and three buttercups; mottled pale blue rim, the c-scroll moulding gilded and the flower and foliage moulding left white; gilt lip and gilt band to the cavetto.
