Portrait of a 'Victorian gentleman with medals'. Believed to be William Russell Beith who died on 4th July 1898. He received the Royal Humane Society Lifesaving Medal, Albert Medal (Gold) and Order of St. John of Jerusalem for his actions during the Tynewydd Colliery inundation 1877. Unsigned and undated.
