Earthenware cup and saucer, saucer with footring and broad rim; wide cup with angular loop handle. Light honey coloured glaze. Saucer well entirely banded in vivid 'Tango' orange, lower part of cavetto painted with four narrow gradated black enamel bands, the broadest encircling the orange well. Four narrow graduated black bands around base of cup, broadest at bottom, upper side of handle painted orange, interior of cup entirely banded orange.
