Typed in black ink on white paper. Also contains a 'with compliments' slip stapled to the front of the letter, printed in black ink on off-white paper. A copy of a letter from D.M Rees to Sir Hubert Houldsworth, Chairman of the NCB, regarding G.S Morgan and the problems with his renumeration. Letter dated 8th April, 1954.
