Jug
Jug, earthenware, bulbous body that is wider at the mid point and that narrows towards a cylindrical neck before flaring out at the rim, loop handle, flat base; the handle, neck and shoulders of the jug have been coated in a cream slip and glazed giving the top half of the jug a yellow colour mottled with red dots.
