Witts, Brian (Mr)

The Savage Pen
(publisher)
"It is the work of an ex-miner and tells the story of what the Tories have done to the mining communities in the 10 years since the 1984-1985 miners' strike. Each colliery and workshop is represented in closure date order and statements made in 1984 have been used to show how people were misled about the future of the mining industry."
