Blue card/textile cover with Board of trade symbol, membership number (556656) and 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge' printed in gold. Oblong cut out of centre. Booklet belonging to Samuel John, Fireman and Trimmer. Discharge details handwritten in ink and stamped inside for years 1909 - 1927. National Health Insurance details at reverse.
