Coffee cup, mixed or duck egg paste, with a slight green translucency; standing on a rounded foot rim, London shape tapering and angled sides, thick curvaceous ogee handle; decorated on the interior with a broad band of underglaze blue, streaked in some areas, with two groups of red and white chrysanthemum heads and gilt scrolls and foliage between two oval reserves of flowers on a white ground; the exterior with two pierced pale blue rocks with a bird and flowers and foliage above an oriental fence. Swansea set pattern 219.
