Dress; consisting of bodice and skirt; made from black silk in alternate stripes of satin and moire weave. Bodice front closes with 15 hooks-and-eyes to neck; low stand collar. Trimmed with black lace and bows. Skirt has bustle but no train.
c.1855-60 but altered to 1875-80.
