Black woollen cloth with black silk lining. Four buttons with the British Royal Coat of Arms. Chain fastener at collar. Maker's label stitched inside - 'MEYER & MORTIMER LTD / 36 CONDUIT ST LONDON W / NO 2933 / DATE 1939 / His Ex Sir John Herbert'.
