Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Upper left-hand portion of a shaped rectangular cross-slab, with moulded edges. The face is filled with a moulded wheel-cross (incomplete) of Celtic (Irish) type; carved in medium relief, with long square-ended limbs and rounded arm-pits. The form of the wheel-cross and the interlaced animal heads and human mask show Irish influence.
Site Name: St Davids Cathedral, St Davids
