Man's short white night shirt with cloth-covered button (over brass base) at neck, open down entire centre front, turned-down collar, gathering on tops of shoulders and around collar, 4 pleats at cuffs, crochet decoration around edge of collar, decorative sewing stitches on shoulders and on cuffs, scalloped edging on cuffs finished off with buttonhole stitches. All hand stitched. Hand written inscription in brown ink on proper right upper front: Margaret Jones (?) No.1.
