Dish cover, pearl-glazed earthenware, rectangular form with a convex outer edge, and concave inner edge, arched handle, swelling in the middle; decorated with an orange souffle ground, reserved with a border of sepia ribbon loops within narrow brown lines and black lines; the handle encircled by a border of ovals with brown veining, brown painted under the handle, handle back painted in gilt with a conventional flowerhead and ovals.
