Fragmentary quadrangular slightly splayed shaft form. The shaft is edged with well-turned cable-mouldings at the angles and decorated on all faces with carved patterns. The face is not divided into panels, but is carved with three different motifs set one above the other (damaged by weathering and flaking) in low to medium relief.
Site Name: Penally Churchyard, Penally
Notes: the original stone was found under a gallery at the west end of the church and is now mounted in the church
