Wine cooler, soft-paste porcelain, circular shape with spreading moulded foot-rim, cylindrical sides curving inwards towads the base, and moulded lip-rim, to either side of the body twin shell and acanthus moulded bracket handles; the exterior body covered with a bleu-celeste ground against which are reserved to either side of the body two large oval panels left white and finely painted in polychrome enamels with exotic birds in woodland settings, the panels enclosed by garlands of oakleaves in gilt, below the two handles are the entwined initials 'LPR' in gilt, gilt lines around the foot-rim and lip-rim, the handles picked out in gilt.
