An order of service pamphlet printed for a memorial service held in remembrance of members of the ‘Steam Mills’ Caban who lost their lives during the Second World War. The memorial service was held on the 23rd of May, 1950 at the Caban in the Steam Mills area of Dinorwic Slate Quarries. The pamphlet lists the names of the quarrymen (who previously worked at the Steam Mills) who lost their lives during the Second World War. The order of service is printed on the pamphlet, which included four hymns, a reading from the scriptures, a prayer, a reading of memoriam poems, and several addresses.
