Cup, bone china with whitish translucency, Etruscan shape, with a straight-sided foot ring, angled on the inside, the sides waisted, convex at the bottom, the upper part concave, plain rim, sharply angular handle; decorated with pattern 3877, a pink overglaze enamel border with gilt flowers partly reserved in white, similar gilt flowers round the outside of the cup, the centre with an enamelled pink briar rose with small blue flowers, gilt lines round the foot and on the handle and edging the pink border, a gilt leaf on the handle.
