Light blue paper with black print and hand written details. Certificate of service belonging to Dennis John Walker from 1930 to 1934.

S.S. TACOMA CITY (1) (4738gt). Built 1929 by William Gray at West Hartlepool. She was mined and sank in the River Mersey on 13 March 1941.

Built 1930 by Wm Gray & Co., West Hartlepool for William Reardon Smith & Sons of Cardiff. The BRADGLEN under Captain W. Lawday, was mined and sunk off Harwich on September 19th, 1941. Nine men were killed. Captain Lawday was among the survivors
