Navy blue card/textile booklet with Board of Trade emblem and title (Continuous Certificate of Discharge) printed in silver on front cover. Two oblongs cut out of cover to show name (New, W.H.) and number (R24308) on inner page. Biographical details of William Henry New of Cardiff at front along with discharge details handwritten in ink and stamped inside for years 1937-52. Sepia photograph of New at reverse.
